This culinary adventure also led him to work in Spanish and Greek restaurants, broadening his culinary horizons. However, it was in Kentucky that James found his true calling – sushi. Working as one of the few non-Asian chefs in an all-Asian kitchen, he immersed himself in the art and culture of sushi. This experience fueled his passion for creating sushi dishes that are not just traditional but infused with international ingredients, resulting in an exciting fusion of flavors.
On the other side of the equation, Lizzy brought a decade of experience in the banking and mortgage industry. Her financial acumen, gained from working with top banks in the USA, proved invaluable in turning their dream of opening a restaurant into a reality. Her expertise in business and finance ensured that their venture was not only a culinary delight but also a sound business endeavor.
